When No Major Change is a Good Thing

THROWBACK THURSDAY…  to one year ago ?

What?  You don’t see a difference?  EXACTLY.

THAT is a huge win for me.  Consistent weight, year after year ??

You see, my weight used to fluctuate all the time.  Every summer it would be a shot in the dark to figure out which shorts were going to fit and which ones wouldn’t.

Now I am finally able to maintain my weight which feels amazing.

Nothing crazy.  Simply…

?30 minute workouts 5-6 days a week
?a diet that includes mostly clean eating with treats on occasion, just not all the time
?lots of water
?a community of incredibly supportive women in my private online accountability group
